Payment policy: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Card, and Apple Pay are all accepted for payment. I do not take checks. Cancelation policy: if you must cancel your appointment, please give 24 hour notice to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is 50% or forfeit of deposit. Tardiness: Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are running late, please message us. Tardiness will reduce your appointment time. This may result in an incomplete look. The charge for the appointment will remain the same. Foreign fill policy: Foreign fills are on a case by case basis. They may require more time, or may require a removal. This will be charged according to time spent. Fill policy: 2-3 weeks is a typical fill timeline. 3-4 weeks is going to require extra time for maintenance. Past 4 weeks is typically considered full set territory. No show policy: If you no call / no show to the scheduled appointment, you will either be charged the 100% or for full sets, forfeit the deposit fee. Child policy: Children under 13 are not permitted. The studio is technically a tattoo studio, therefore, there are hazards and children are not permitted. Lash appointment: Please arrive to appointment with clean lashes if you can. No mascara (especially water proof) , no strip lash glue and refrain from drinking coffee if it is an early appointment. Be prepared to keep your eyes closed for the duration of lash application. No phone use is permitted. Protect your investment! Clean your lashes regularly, and brush them gently. We reserve the right to no longer service, if policies are not followed.
